Want to see King Salmon return to Issaquah Creek in Lake Sammamish State Park? Join Bill Way and David Kyle for a unique guided hike at LSSP! The tour will meet lakeside of Sunset Beach Bathhouse in the park. The first section of the walk will be handicap accessible. (From the boardwalk to mouth of Issaquah Creek) The tour will continue upstream off the beaten path to witness Sockeye salmon milling around and migrating upstream to spawn. The guides will discuss water quality, water quantity and habitat needs for different species of salmon for migration, rearing, and spawning.
