This family friendly event will include 11 different artists, from all over the Pacific northwest, art builds for kids, food, raffle, local organizations involved in climate and social justice and will educate and raise money for our partner organization, Our Children’s Trust (www.ourchildrenstrust.org). They are currently doing the legal work for the 21 plaintiffs (ages 8-21 from all over the country) suing the US Government for their right to a stable climate, trials begin early 2018. Bill McKibben and Naomi Klein have called their case the "single most important piece of climate legislation in the U.S. right now." Our event will feature a short presentation from several of the youth plaintiff's.
