The Cap and Cork play traditional Irish tunes and songs on fiddle, harmonica, and banjo.
Cathie Whitesides first learned Irish fiddling during a year in Ireland in the late 1960s, and then in San Francisco, first playing with Joe Cooley (of Cooley's Reel) and for several years with Kevin Keegan. She has made her living since playing for dances and concerts.
Mark Graham is a master of Irish harmonica playing and has performed and toured for decades as a member of Kevin Burke's Open House. He also sings Irish songs and his own notorious compositions, and plays clarinet.
WB Reid played with the Siamsa Gael Ceili Band in southern California for several years, mentored by Dublin piper Dave Page. His unique approach to the six-string banjo drives the band, as does his old-style guitar accompaniment.
This talented group of musicians will unite for a special St. Patrick's Day performance at Crossroads Bellevue.
