Mardi Gras (literally Fat Tuesday, in English called Shrove Tuesday), the last day of Carnival. During this period all families eat French carnival fritters. My grandmother served the fritters with Crème Anglaise (French for "English cream") is a light pouring custard used as a dessert cream. So good!
The cooking class is open for 2-8 y.o children.
We will mix French and English during the class, so non-French speakers are more than welcome.
One ticket per family (family = parents + 2 children)
