Amara is a not-for-profit foster care organization with offices in Seattle and Tacoma. We are in need of volunteers to play at the park, make pancakes, or simply read to a child at our Emergency Sanctuaries. As an Amara volunteer, your skills and experiences will help us meet the needs of our kids and families every day. We offer a variety of opportunities, from administration to childcare, for volunteers who are 21 years or older and provide child-focused training and ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role.
