Eastside Symphony Young Soloist Celebration!
Eastside Symphony is Redmond’s Community Orchestra. Under the directions of Alexei Girsh, the orchestra presents four concerts each year. This concert features the four winners of our Young Soloist Competition: Anthony Kim, Yue (York) Zia, Rei Yamazono, and Patrick Yoon. Learn more about these talented young musicians here.
The program includes Popper Hungarian Rhapsody, Chaminade Concertino, Haydn Piano Concerto in D (3rd mvmd), Prokofiev Piano Concerto No.3 in C (1st mvmt), Britten’s Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra, and Grieg’s Selections from Peer Gynt.
