Join us for an evening sound healing vibrations for the whole family!
What to expect? We will explore moments of stillness and also moments of fun interaction with the quartz crystal singing bowls. The quartz crystal singing bowls are attuned to 432hz, a sound frequency that encourages healing, relaxation and balance within the body and mind. We will also provide paper and art supplies to explore and express our experience with the sound.
We will be sitting and laying on the floor for this event so we do encourage you to bring blankets, pillows, yoga mats or anything else that will help you find comfort and relaxation. We also highly reccomend wearing warm layers. We will have folding chairs available for anyone who needs to be off the floor.
We reccomend this event for anyone ages 5 and up.
This event is offered as a donation based offering. Suggested donation of $15-25 per person or $50 per family. No one turned away for lack of funds. All are welcome.
