Gilman Village will have its annual Halloween Trick or Treat festivities for children 12 years old and younger on Tuesday, Oct. 31st from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Bring your ghosts and goblins to the Village to collect treats from participating merchants. And be sure to bring your camera.
