This is a free event, but space is limited. Please RSVP if you plan to attend. This is an Adult ONLY event.
This class will be taught by local licensed mental health counselor associates, Alan Tokosch and Andrew Carnahan. Both Alan and Andrew received their master's degree from Seattle University's Master of Psychology program. Alan is a local Ballard adolescent and family counselor, as well as an adolescent therapist at Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital where he works with teenagers facing mental health crisis, trauma, and chronic mental illness. Andrew, a Fremont youth and family counselor and chemical dependency professional, also works as a school-based counselor for Center for Human Services. Here he treats middle and high school aged children through therapy and group work.
