Is it hard for you to talk about your feelings? If the answer is yes- that’s normal! Some people don't process their emotions verbally; they feel more comfortable processing how they feel through art. In this workshop we will practice creating a circle of wholeness by creating our own Mandalas (circles or wheels).
We will use collage, colored pencils, and other fun items to portray various emotions visually.
