Live Aloha Hawaiian Cultural Festival will take place on Sept. 8, 11 a.m.–7 p.m. at the Armory Food & Event Hall, Mural Amphitheatre, and Fisher Rooftop. The festival is part of the Seattle Center Festál series. It is free and open to the public. More information to come.
Live Aloha Hawaiian Cultural Festival marks its 15th anniversary! This is a free family-oriented event, and your opportunity to experience Hawai’i right here in the Pacific Northwest, whether you’re a native Hawaiian, you’ve previously visited, or you’ve never been there.
Featuring:
- Live music and hula all day on two stages by artists performing traditional Hawaiian music, including musical headliner Na Leo Pilimehana, celebrating their 40th anniversary as an award-winning female Hawaiian group
- Dozens of Ono local food trucks and food vendors
- Fresh orchid lei making
- Educational workshops
- Activities for kids
- Crafts and handmade goods from artists coming from Hawai’i, Oregon, Utah, Alaska, Canada, and Washington – one-third of these vendors are coming from the Islands just for the festival.
