This coming Saturday, October 21st from 5-8pm is the 2nd Annual Mercer Island Pumpkin Walk. The Pumpkin Walk is a fun and festive non-scary walk through Pioneer Park. The NW Perimeter Trail (in the NW Quadrant) will be lined with pumpkins, artfully carved by volunteers all over the island, for people of all ages to enjoy.
Pumpkins are needed to make this event a success! Families are encouraged to participate by dropping off their own carved pumpkins on the corner of SE 68th St. and 84th Ave SE anytime between 9am and 4pm on the day of the event.
**This year we've bumped up the starting time so that families with young children can enjoy the pumpkin walk before evening sets in.**
