“Mommy and Me” Movement Classes, Fridays, 9AM-10AM, South Park Hall. Join us for fun, simple exercises designed for moms and kids. Strengthen your body while helping your little one develop coordination and motor skills through interactive movement and play. No sign-ups necessary! Ages 6 and younger. Free! Wear comfy clothes. (All caregivers welcome). Receive a free bag of produce after the class!
