Join a hands on activity hour (3:15-4:15) to learn to fold origami. We will have several patterns fit for beginner to advanced. Designed for ages 6-12 but all ages (parents) welcome. You will leave with some origami papers to take home to keep creating.
Our workshop host is attending Newport High School as a senior. She started folding origami in preschool when her Po Po (Grandma in Cantonese) taught her during her weekend visits with her. Her 3D work has been selected by Bellevue Arts Museum for their 20 under 20 exhibition, and my original Origami designs have been selected for OrigamiUSA’s annual Origami by Children exhibition for six consecutive years.
