Play Time: an Arts Game Show (Family Night)

Calendar/Event Details

Step into the colorful universe of Play Time where music, dance, and storytelling collide, hosted by the dynamic duo, Merri Ann Osborne (The Mahogany Project) & Chino Gonzales (Bonnet Black).

Play Time isn't your average game show. Each episode is an exciting and interactive experience where art comes alive! Picture this: you and your family or friends team up -- together or against each other, you're choice (: -- to unleash your inner artists while battling for awesome prizes and ultimate bragging rights!

Answer brain-teasing trivia questions, dive into hilarious improv games, and contribute to vibrant community art. The magic of Play Time lies in the fearless 'I'll give it a try' spirit, and the support participants offer each other, teammate or not.

Along the way, you'll uncover the stories of artists from the African Diaspora, both past and present, and their impactful legacies. Every episode of Play Time is unique and tailor-made for the audience present. Join us each Friday to learn from a different local guest artist who bring their own activities and creative talents to the game show every time we get together.
