This 1.5hr space will provide an opportunity to learn about topics to best support you in the postpartum period (rotate weekly), provide a space to share and be heard about your personal concerns, and meet other parents. Resources on perinatal mood & anxiety disorders (PMADs) will be discussed and provided. It's an opportunity to focus on your healing beyond the physical realm and separate from baby, as it will focus on your personal mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
