Prenatal Yoga:

Nurture yourself with yoga for all stages of your pregnancy. Develop internal and external strength and flexibility, manage discomforts, and deepen your connection to your body and growing baby with yoga poses and breath work. Class supports wellness for all stages of pregnancy. Class is gentle and suitable for beginners and all yoga levels. Please bring yoga mat, blanket, strap and blocks.
