The award-winning TACOMA CONCERT BAND closes its successful 2022-2023 season with final concert, "SHOUT!" at Tacoma's Pantages Theater on Saturday evening, April 15th. Led by TCB's Conductor and Artistic Director, Dr. Gerard Morris, the performance will highlight repertory that celebrates the human spirit. The program will feature works by Frank Ticheli, Kathryn Salfelder, and Edward Elgar, as well as David Maslanka’s titan Symphony No. 4. The performance will also showcase TCB's 2022-23 Student Solo Competition Winner, Madeline Zhang, performing Carl Maria von Weber’s Concerto for Bassoon in F Major.
