Tree Lighting Ceremony at Issaquah Commons

Calendar/Event Details

Issaquah Commons, an open-air lifestyle center in Issaquah, Washington, (https://www.issaquahcommons.com), will host a spectacular tree lighting ceremony on Saturday, November 18th, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. in front of the 12th Avenue Café. To begin the festivities, the community is invited to gather around the center’s sparkling tree, enjoying the festive pre-lighting activities, including a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, Christmas carolers, and hot chocolate (while supplies last). Santa will have the honor of lighting the tree, officially kicking off the 2023 holiday season at Issaquah Commons.

During the event, guests are asked to bring new or gently used warm clothes and shoes sized for mothers or children to donate to KidVantage, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supplying children with the essential care, safety and health goods they need to grow, play, learn and thrive. Event attendees making a donation will receive a coupon from an Issaquah Commons retailer.

This event is free and open to the public; no pre-registration is required. To learn more, visit https://www.issaquahcommons.com/events.
