Jeanne Sickel of Homebridge Financial Services, Inc. has been in mortgage banking since 2006 and come from a long family line of real estate and financial professionals. My mother is a realtor and my step father was a developer, and real estate investor – I grew up with parents who “flipped homes” - This has set the groundwork for me wanting to empower buyers in the homebuying process. My specialty is working with first-time homebuyers, condo sales, short sales, and investment home buyers. I really enjoy the strategy of homebuying to build wealth, and not be subject to the growing costs of living. I love the strategy of making a compelling offer and find ways to win with the structure of the loan and not only win with the amount of the offer. I take great pride in making sure buyers understand the process and feel vested during the process – I truly feel like, as a buyer, you build a team when buying a home. I have a strong commitment to customer service, and along with my thorough product knowledge, I hope to make the loan process as enjoyable as possible.
