What is the Winter Porch Light Parade?
The cities of Bothell, Kenmore, Lake Forest Park, and Shoreline will be hosting the fourth annual Winter Porch Light Parade -- a winter program showcasing communities shining bright during the holiday season. These four cities invite their communities to create light displays that will become part of a virtual holiday map, marking the many traditions celebrated during winter.
For Display Entries: Join the fun in making our cities festive and bright by decorating your home or business to be a part of the Winter Porch Light Parade virtual map.
How to register your display? You will simply follow the prompts within the "registration" tab on our website. You will be asked to provide your address, display name, and provide a brief description of your display. Registration will open November 14, 2023.
For Spectators: Embark on this exciting holiday light adventure at your leisure throughout the month of December. Whether you are bundled up with your family or friends, this is the perfect tradition to see the magic of lights from the ease of your car throughout four cities in the Pacific Northwest.
Insider Tip: The light displays are best seen between 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. -- we recommend planning your route using the virtual Winter Porch Light Parade Map. This is a self-guided driving experience.
**This virtual holiday light tour map will be available to spectators from Dec. 1 - 31, 2023.
