
Bremerton Symphony and Chorale, conducted by Music Director Alan Futterman, present their final mainstage concerts of the season - Ludwig van Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, with the choral finale, Ode to Joy. This concert takes place Saturday, May 18, at 7:30pm at GracePoint Church (8278 WA-303, Bremerton). Please note that our May 19 concert at Kingston High School has been cancelled. Tickets are available online at bremertonsymphony.org, by calling (360) 373-1722, in person at the Symphony office (Tuesday-Friday, 10AM-4PM, 645 4thSt, Suite 206, Bremerton) and at the door. Guest artists joining Bremerton Symphony Orchestra and Chorale include local Pacific Northwest singers Allison Pohl (soprano), Les Green (tenor), LeeAnne Campos (mezzo and Director of Bremerton Symphony Chorale), and Damien Geter (Bass/Baritone). In addition, Young Artists Competition Winner Caleb Winslow will play Russian composer Nikolay Kapustin’s Concerto #2,and Lucinda King, winner of the Conductor’s Choice Award, will play French composer Francis Poulenc’s Concert in C# minor.
