(Age 10+) Check out the urban landscape of the Foss Waterway and Commencement Bay from a sea kayak! Experience the Tacoma skyline from a new perspective and take in the sights and sounds of this working waterway. No kayaking experience required!
- No previous kayaking experience required.
- Please note our kayaks are tandem boats and you will be paddling with someone else.
- There will be a 20-minute land-based paddle talk with instruction prior to the paddle in addition to a loading/unloading process on either end of the paddle. On-water paddle time will be approximately 2 hours.
- Meeting location will be Foss Waterway Seaport.
